i dont quite remember, but i think you have to do a quest, and you will become a child when you are in it, and can buy it perm after it.. but.. hehe.. i dont remember which.. i have a strange feeling its in darkovia.. but aint sure

exactly. I still get annoyed that people don't read the RARE part of the item's description on whatever site and ask where they can get it.
