Is it worth it? It amplifies mage spells to do 110% more random and base on spells...

Lightning Rod? sounds weapony. is it a new staff? edit:  I just looked it up on the AQ boards. it can cast spells for you but it uses up mana. I am SO getting that when I get home. *prepares to sell Vibraxe for some of the 100K cost* |

What?!?! I might just get this. How much does it cost, and what else does it do? Is it a weapon? N33d statz nao, d00d!
Edit: 100k? Not bad. I still need to know if it's a weapon, though.

Now, now, I'm not a mage. I'm going to be a Hybrid-ish thing with more STR than INT. I prefer the Warrior Build, but I need Heal Wounds.

look at it this way, Drago:
it may be another magic weapon, but the attacks are all spells and they all use up mana. Megashock, Ball Lightning and one other. ball lightning and the other aren't normal spells.
other note: ok, it is overpowered. if you don't have enough mana to cast the attack spell, it recovers you 17 mana >_>
edit: darnit. level 85.

Dont get it, its one of those weps that wont let you use class skills, but lets you use one of three moves. Oh well, if you dont use wizard and such it will be good.

Dude......equip a low special rate weap, use Divine Magic, then use the Lightning Rod, less MP cost, 10% more power. See the benefit? Only for mages. Any1 notice who i am?

I still intend to get LR though. it looks lame but the massive specials are worth it.
