To get Scrambler Beam, go to the Isle Do'Oriens and talk to Vince. It's in his shop for about 5000 gold.

The Powerword Spells are no longer available at all.
Powerword Die Ultra was ACCIDENTLY put into the shop on July 20, 2004. It was removed later that day when the staff found out. Since people could buy the spell, and it is way too powerful, it was exchanged on all characters with Powerword Whoops which is not too powerful. However, the staff decided to get rid of Powerword Whoops later for one reason or another and replaced it on all characters that still had it with the new, at the time, Scrambler Beam.
Scrambler Beam is in Isle D'Oriens if you want it, if you want any of the Powerword spells, you are out of luck, because you can't.

Vince's Shop has disappeared >_>
they closed the doorway and I can't open it again, which sucks as I can't get some of his nicer stuff any more.

You can too! It is in the second doorway next to the original...I freaked out because that would mean the maze disappeared and the way out of Isle D' Oriens was gone too...so I checked Vice is still there they just moved his location...When you are at the center area that connects to everything such as the Library and Adder's Forge and Pae, Click on the second doorway.

probably to throw the Farmers off a bit. the maze randomly generates now too, so you can't memorize the route.

I noticed... That sucks now the best farming spot is gone... Not for me though I stopped farming there ages ago.

I farmed 250k for my NMS in just 3 days back in September, but I never went back there again.
