yes, but you CAN conquer when you can't be permanently destroyed.

read the description. it can only die if:
1) it gets Uncreated
2) all its parts are in the same place (presumably meaning the same planet).

I would guess there's a single cell of it in another world so it can remain alive.

It said if all parts of it are hunted down and destroyed, so every enemy you kill is another piece of Exodus gone for good.
