Only the Nemesis Plate, I believe, was nerfed. It can now be found in Chilly's Shop in Frostval, located at the top right of the first map.

That is impossible...how could that be even possible. I get 40%s and 45s, and 35 with Golden Plate of Legacy and Nightmare Shield.

My NMP doesn't have it's old super resistances anymore, but they're still great, and the NMP is still a formidable armor. I love that it's 300k cheaper, too.

Quit whining and take the gold. If you want that extra 50k, sell the NMSet if you don't like it and you've got around 1.2 mil.

I don't really "gloat" about it. I do say that I like it though, since it IS my first Uber Armor. I'm not sure if I should sell it for different armor that better suits a Hybrid-leaning-towards-Warrior character, though.
