Nope,it stays the same. The seemingly difference is cause by a delay when light strikes e-, then the e- radiates light quant.

no, it differs through where it travels. A is the top speed of light through air on earth, B is how fast it goes through a prism. you shine a tourch, speed is A. it hits a prism and travels through it, speed is B. it leaves the prism, it accelerates to speed A again.

Lolz. You just said that light accelarates.
The light is a wave-particle duality. photons are particles.
When photons travel through space, there are practically no oblastaces = maximum speed. When they hit an e-, then the e- is sent into higher, unstable state.Soon the e- goes back to stable state again and radiates the photon out again(by the way, this causes the fact that light can be dissipated into colors with prism).

what did you think when i said accelerates? it's not going to stay the same speed from when it entered b. air counts as an obstical, it can't travel it's fastest until in a vacuum, fact.

That's because it hits an air particle on the way, and that causes the stall, until air particle radiates out that photon. If it hits e-, it is radiated out, and it is very likely. However, if it hits nukleons, they absorb it.

There is only one thing that changes actual light speed.Gravity. Meaning you need quite massive object there, right behind your back. I'd like to contradict that. The concept of Magic makes many things possible, including the fact that you ceased to exist about two weeks before you were born. It's very unlikely, but nobody can disprove the suggestion.

Which has been proved to happen by RD.......saw an whatever-I-should-call-it about one kid, who remembered things from his past life. Still, you forget about all after age 6 due new life.
