Yep he died in the one I read. That issue and it's relatives revealed alot. Don't worry Jiraiya went down because there were many super ninjas....  poor guy. |

It's like a given for a character to die if they reveal anything important. Like Naruto's mother, for instance.
Other thing, special episode(s) 40-41 was pretty crappy.
Starefest, Naruto powering up, dealing a few hits here and there...
Yep yep. Naruto has become the new DBZ, where every fight is dragged on and on. I don't blame the creator for getting bored with the series, I would too if something I made was being milked out for all of its worth.
Also, it's sad that Sai climbs ever higher in my character listing in this show and he has been in, what, 5 episodes?

Naruto has always had flashbacks. Not ALWAYS as long flashbacks as in DBZ, except in special hour-long episodes.
Those tend to have 5-10 minutes of flashbacks. : D
Stupid shounen-series. Why can't you finish up and die like all other shows?

I hated DBZ flashbacks. I always went to the bathroom right before the flashback and then came back and I would be like "Wtf...what is going on???" then the flashback would continue for 8 more episodes... But I was still addicted... Good times

Heh, reminds of Wolf's Rain.Some eps were Flashbacks of Flashbacks and some flashbacks.
But overall good anime.....

I had that... I sold it in a garage sale for 25$ I hated that game. It did no justice to Naruto....

Nothing does justice to the pile of fail which is Naruto.
I'm only watching it because after all this time, it would leave a nagging sensation to stop watching and not knowing what happens. That, and after so long, it'd be stupid to now stop watching when I could have done so at ep 100 something.
