An anagram is basically a re-arrangement of he letters of a word. I.E. tormecop=computer
To make it easier, the words must be AQ related.

it's two separate words but they aren't scrambled within themself. each word is mixed with letters of the other.
hint: weapon.

it was indeed the Mana Sceptre. I used an anagram generator with those as the source words.
