A health porion just healed me by 174 hp. That's almost twice as high as the highest I've ever had. Is there some sort of rare ultra-potion?

Lol yeah it was added a few days ago. I realized it in the final challenge going against a battle troll. This means that less potions can be used and heal more HOORAY!
At least I have Disturbed-the sickness to listen to while beating monsters
