censorship, it's really up to the person with the mouse-or keyboard, whichever you're using- to click on the link or ad. Ratings only fail because people ignore them/succumb to what their children tell them to do. Cracking down on pornographic sites is like fighting a tank with a paper airplane and toothpicks.
Youtube actually does a pretty good job at cracking down on content. Being able to remove shows that are licensed within a heartbeat is pretty darn impressive.
Spam is only posted by those who enjoy to troll. I myself have found times where I enjoy reading overreactions by trolling. It happens, but those who do it pathetically really are the "n00bs." The ones who go around using bad computer jargon aren't as great.
The Press, I'd rather learn about the real deal than being restricted back in the day of communistic Russia. I mean, come on, who didn't have a good laugh and a sense of failure when you learned that Britney Spears shaved her head and went into rehab.
Celebrity news is only covered most of the time because celebrities want it that way. Think about it. What happens when you're no longer important? You lose celebrity status and that change you wanted for a new hummer is going down the drain. Getting interviews and coverage, as well as making future deals relies on this kind of attention.

Intelligence only works if you know how to use it. By bragging about it, ego overtakes any shred of "LULZ SMARTS" that you may think you have.
Cliches, the word itself isn't very helpful. Everything is just something else remade. A story about a human is remade. A story about ghosts, mechas, dogs, doesn't matter. It's been made before. And comparing bad shows with other bad shows sorta brings out bad evidence.

Black people taking advantage of the system seems mildly, if you excuse my French, retarded. You do realize that the government (at least in Canada) had to actually give out formal apologies/money for whatever things they did in the past. If you want to live in this world, take advantage of anything you have, Jesus. If white people can get a job easier than a female or an immigrant, than go for it. That's taking advantage of the system too and I don't see other white people complaining about it.

Judgements, at least the first ones, are made based on first glance. You'll see who they are outside before you really understand them. That first look will include nationality. Everyone expands their opinion from there.
Black History Month shows how Canada had a tolerance (at least on the outside) towards slaves coming into Canada. We need it also to increase Canada's "rep." Hence the reason why many people assume Canada is racial tolerant.
