I'm planning on raising my END after I get Reign Plate that way I can have some kind of 'Tanker Mage' build. High INT, DEX, and END I guess.

Trust me, it's one of the most offensive-powered classes in the game. DM spamming here I come!

I never understood the purpose behind Divine Magic. Sure, you're doubling the damage from a single spell, but you can only do it every other turn. It's 200% damage every two turns or 100% damage every turn; going by the numbers you'll average out exactly the same, you just spend more MP doing it the 200/2 way. Where's the advantage here?

Squeezing 600+ damage into one high powered blast, making all battles about 10 seconds long.

actually I think it is more than 200% dmg. If im up against a 150% resistance then i can do at least 400+ dmg. if I didnt use DM i do around 150+.

It multiplies the base and random of the next spell used by 2.5, so it does offer an increase. But I still say it's only worthwhile on spells that have huge damage already, like the uber spells; On lower-damage spells you'll be better off conserving the mana and just using the spell twice.

Yep. Using DM on lower-mana spells like FBZ is pretty crazy. You'd be better off casting it twice, like you said.
And I've never checked this, but does DM buff up Heal Wounds?

Nope. It only multiplies damage. HW doesn't do damage so it's unaffected. If the spell doesn't cause damage, DM doesn't affect it. Or that's what I heard when Wizard first got released.

If you are using an uber spell at 175 mp cost, you do wanna use DM for:
_ 175+80=255 Instead of using it in 2 turns:
_ 175x2=350
If you're using a low mp cost spell like IB, then i have no idea

It's true, it's amazingly MP efficient, as well as damaging. In some cases it lines up UM....
